Spa Website Design That Fills Quiet Treatment Rooms

Spa website design that puts a live booking calendar on every treatment page, so the client deciding at 10pm books the room instead of messaging you and forgetting. Built on Astro and served from the edge, with a page for each treatment, deposits taken at booking, and prices we update every week. From $117 a month.

90+ PageSpeed guaranteed A page per treatment Deposits at booking Live in 10 working days

Who This Is For, and Who It Is Not

We would rather lose a call than take on a studio this does not suit. Read both columns before you book one.

This is built for you if

One or two rooms, and gaps you can see

A solo esthetician or a small studio with two or three rooms, where a Tuesday afternoon hole in the book is money you do not get back. You already have regulars. What you do not have is a way for a new client to find you at 10pm and book without messaging you first.

A menu that has outgrown the website

You have added treatments, changed your series pricing, and brought in a new device, and the website still lists what you offered two years ago. Every enquiry starts with a correction.

A med spa where the consult is the sale

Injectables, laser and body work are decided over weeks, not minutes. You need pages that answer downtime, aftercare and cost properly, so the consult starts warm instead of starting from nothing.

Two or more locations under one brand

Each location needs its own page, its own booking link and its own map presence, without you rebuilding the same site three times.

This is the wrong fit if

You want a page you edit yourself every evening

This is done for you. You send a request and we make the change, usually inside two to five days. If you want to be in the builder at midnight moving a section, a self-serve tool will suit you better than we will.

You are pre-opening with no treatment menu yet

We can build before you open, but we need a menu, prices and a booking policy to build around. If those are still being decided, start there and come back.

You want us to promise a ranking next week

Local search takes months, not days. We tell every owner three to five months for their own area. If someone has quoted you first place by next month, believe them over us and go with them.

The Six Ways a Studio Website Quietly Loses Bookings

None of these show up in a report. They show up as a room that stayed empty and a client you never knew was looking.

🌙

The 10pm booking that never happens

Most spa research happens after the studio has closed and the front desk has gone home. If the only way to book is a form that emails you, or a phone number, the person deciding at 10pm goes to whoever takes the booking on the spot. You never see the enquiry, so you never know you lost it.

📄

Your treatment menu lives in a PDF

A single page listing thirty treatments, or worse a downloadable menu, gives Google exactly one page to rank and gives a client no way to read about the one thing they came for. Nobody searches for "treatment menu". They search for the treatment.

🕳️

No-shows and same-day cancellations

A ninety minute room booked and not filled is the most expensive hour in the building, because the room, the products and the provider were all held for it. Without a deposit at booking and a reminder sequence before the appointment, that hour is a coin flip.

🐌

A slow site on the phone in their hand

Almost all of your traffic is a phone. Page builders and plugin stacks push image weight and script weight onto that phone, and every extra second costs you people who were already halfway to booking. They do not tell you they left.

🗓️

The seasonal offer that expired in March

Promotions, series pricing and membership dues change through the year. On most studio sites they were typed once and never touched, so a client arrives quoting a price you stopped charging, and your front desk spends the first five minutes apologising.

🔇

Nobody in your city can find you

No page per treatment, no page per area you serve, no schema for a search engine to read. You get found by people who already knew your name, which means you are paying for every new client through ads or platform fees.

What Actually Changes in the Build

Six mechanical changes, each one aimed at a specific way the current site is costing you a booking.

  1. Booking sits on the page, not behind an emailYour live calendar is embedded on the treatment page itself. A client reading about a facial books that facial on that page, choosing a room and a provider, without a message ever reaching you. The slot is gone from the calendar the moment they confirm.
  2. A deposit is taken at the moment of bookingAppointment booking can hold a card or take a deposit before the slot is confirmed, and the amount is yours to set per treatment. Long room bookings can carry a deposit while a fifteen minute follow-up does not.
  3. Every treatment gets its own pageOne page per treatment, written around what a client asks before they book it: what it involves, how long the room is held, how it feels, what the aftercare is, and what it costs. That is a page a search engine can rank and a page a nervous first-timer can read twice.
  4. Reminders run without anyone rememberingA confirmation goes out at booking, a reminder the day before, and a prep note where the treatment needs one. Replies land in one inbox rather than three, so a client asking to move an appointment does not fall between a text and a direct message.
  5. Prices on the site are changed weekly, by usYou send the new figures and we update them across every page they appear on. Series pricing, membership dues, seasonal offers and retail lines stay in step with what your front desk is actually charging.
  6. The build is engineered to load, not to look busyPages are built on Astro and served from Cloudflare’s edge as static files. There is no page-builder runtime and no plugin stack. We hold a 90+ Google PageSpeed score on mobile and desktop, and often a perfect 100.
The speed guarantee, stated plainlyWe guarantee a 90+ Google PageSpeed score on mobile and desktop, and we often hold a perfect 100. If we cannot reach it on your build, we keep working on it at no charge until we do.

Three Rooms, One Standing Scope

Named for the room the work happens in, because that is how a spa already thinks about what it sells. The monthly figure is the price. The $597 one-time build fee sits underneath it on all three and is charged only after you are live.

Add-on, any plan

Let a client read about the treatment in her own language

Plenty of studios draw from a city where a good share of clients would rather read about downtime, aftercare and what a course costs in Spanish. Add a language for $100 one time, per language, on any plan.

What matters is how it is built. The usual offer drops a translate widget on the page, which creates no new addresses, so Google has nothing extra to index and you still appear in one language only. We build a separate real page for each language: its own address, its own title and description, its own schema, and hreflang tags pointing the versions at each other. Every treatment page and every area page. Each language can then rank on its own and be quoted on its own when somebody asks an assistant, in their own words, where to book near them.

Spanish, French and German are already wired into this site's locale registry, so adding one means writing the translated pages rather than rebuilding anything.

Connecting something outside your own site, such as a spa management platform, a card terminal or an accounting tool, is quoted before we build it and never billed afterwards. Form submissions from your own pages into your own CRM are included on every plan.

What Ships With Every Build

Nine things stand on all three plans. The cheapest one gets the same page speed, the same weekly price updates and the same five included revisions as the dearest one.

A build engineered to load, not to look busyPages are built on Astro and served from Cloudflare’s edge as static files, with no page-builder runtime and no plugin stack. We guarantee a Google PageSpeed score of 90 or better on mobile and desktop, and often hit a perfect 100. Almost all of your traffic is a phone held in bed at ten at night, and every extra second there costs you somebody who was already most of the way to booking.
Your prices refreshed on the site every weekSeries pricing moves, membership dues move, a seasonal offer starts and ends, a retail line changes. Every week we update the figures on your site from the numbers you send, so a client never arrives quoting a price you stopped charging in the spring and your front desk never opens a visit with an apology.
Two research-based articles every week, 2,500 to 3,200 words eachGenuinely researched pieces, not 600 words of filler with your city name dropped in twice. Written around the treatments on your own menu: what a course of laser actually involves and how the sessions are spaced, what to avoid the week before a peel, how long results from a particular protocol tend to hold, what a first injectables consult covers. That length is what it takes to answer those questions properly, which is why those pages rank and get quoted by AI assistants while short posts do not.
A membership and package value calculatorThe sum a client is quietly doing in their head before they commit: am I better off paying per visit, buying the course of six, or joining the membership. We build that comparison into your site and set it to your own dues, your own series pricing and your own menu, so it gives an honest answer. It converts the people who were going to work it out anyway, and it removes the longest conversation your front desk has.
A free domain, or we point the one you haveOne domain is included at no cost. If you already own the one your clients know, we point it at the new site and nothing changes for them, for your gift cards, or for your Google listing.
Managed hosting with nothing itemised laterCloudflare edge hosting, the certificate and the CDN sit inside the monthly figure. There is no hosting invoice, no SSL renewal and no surprise line six months in.
Enquiries delivered into the system you runForm submissions from your own site push into whatever you already use, by direct API, Zapier or Make. Our own CRM is included with your own login if you would rather keep everything in one place, so nothing sits unread in a website inbox.
Five revisions every month, at no extra costFive change requests a month are included on every plan at no extra cost, as part of what you already pay rather than an allowance to ration. After the fifth, each additional revision is a flat $20, with no cap on how many you can buy and no hourly billing. One revision is not one line: adding two new treatment pages with the full copy and photography for both is a single revision. Every one is completed within 2 to 5 working days however large it is.
Fully managed, so you never log in to fix anythingCrashes, malware, patches, uptime and backups are ours. If something breaks on a Saturday while every room is full, it is our problem rather than a job for whoever is nearest the desk.

Your Treatment Menu Becomes the Site Structure

This is the part most studio sites get wrong. A menu is a list. A website is a set of pages, and each page has to earn its place by answering one question completely.

Facials and skin

A page each for the facial families you actually run, with the device or the line named, the room time, the frequency you recommend and what to avoid the day before. Skin clients read carefully, so give them something to read.

Injectables and medical aesthetics

Pages that answer downtime, longevity, cost per area and what happens at a first consult, written carefully and without promising a result. This is where the consult is either warmed up or lost.

Body and contouring

A page per protocol, including how many sessions a course usually runs to and how those sessions are spaced, so the client understands the commitment before the consult rather than during it.

Hair removal and laser

A page per area and per technology, with the patch test policy and the session spacing stated plainly. This is the category where people compare three studios in one sitting.

Lashes, brows and semi-permanent

Fills, full sets and retouch timing each get their own page, because "how long between fills" is one of the most-searched questions in the whole category.

Packages, series and memberships

Your series pricing and your membership tiers written out in full, with what is included and what happens to unused sessions. Clear terms here remove most of the friction at the front desk.

One thing we will not doWe will not build twenty near-identical pages that differ only by a swapped town name to chase a search phrase. That is a doorway pattern, search engines treat it as spam, and it puts the whole site at risk. Fewer pages, each genuinely about one thing, is what works.

Where Your Studio Is Now, and Where This Puts You

Not a feature list. The difference your front desk and your calendar will actually notice.

Today

Someone deciding at 10pm sends a message and books elsewhere before you read it.

Once you are live

They pick a room and a provider on the treatment page and the slot is gone from the calendar.

Today

Your whole menu is one page, so Google has one page to rank.

Once you are live

Every treatment has its own page, written around what a client asks before booking it.

Today

A ninety minute room is held, then emptied by a no-show.

Once you are live

A deposit is taken at booking and reminders go out before the appointment.

The site still lists the series price you stopped charging in spring.

Once you are live

Prices are refreshed every week from the figures you send.

New clients arrive from ads or a marketplace that takes a cut.

Once you are live

Pages you own bring people in and keep working after the ad budget stops.

Hosting, SSL and plugin renewals arrive as separate surprises.

Once you are live

One monthly figure covers hosting, the certificate, the domain and the changes.

Live in Ten Working Days

You do not pay the build fee until the site is live and you have said you are happy with it. The order matters more than the number.

1
First
Pay the monthly, not the build fee

You start on the monthly only: $117 in the Treatment Room, $227 in the Signature Suite, $597 on the Full Retreat. The $597 one-time build fee is not charged at this point, and we will not ask for it.

2
Second
One onboarding conversation

We take your treatment menu, your prices, your booking policy, your deposit rules, your rooms and providers, your photography and the areas you draw clients from.

3
Third
We build and you review

The Treatment Room is live 7 days after that conversation. The Signature Suite takes 10, because the receptionist and the chat agent have to be trained on your menu, your room times and what you will and will not discuss before a consult. The Full Retreat takes 15 while the content engine is set up. You see it before anyone else does and tell us what to change.

4
Then
Pay the $597 once you are live

The one-time build fee is charged after your site is live and you have said you are happy with it. Doing it in that order is the entire point.

Book a Call and Get a Straight Quote

Pick a time below. We will look at your current site, map your treatment menu onto pages, and give you a figure and a date. If we are the wrong fit we will say so on the call.

Questions Owners Ask Before They Commit

Two things. The build is static and served from the edge rather than run by a page builder, so it loads on a phone in a way that a plugin stack cannot match. And the structure is built around a treatment menu rather than around a brochure, which means one page per treatment, one page per area, and booking on the page itself instead of behind a contact form.

The Treatment Room is $117 a month, the Signature Suite is $227 a month plus AI usage, and the Full Retreat is $597 a month. All three carry the same $597 one-time build fee. You pay the monthly first. The $597 is charged only after the site is live and you have said you are happy with it, never before.

A revision is any change request you send us, and there is no limit on how much goes into one. Updating the copy on a page, adding a whole new page, changing a colour, adding a therapist to the team page, updating your series pricing, taking a seasonal offer down: every one of those is a revision. So is something far larger. "Build two new treatment pages, here is the full copy and the photography for both" is a single revision, not four. Five are included every month on every plan at no extra cost, as part of what you already pay rather than an allowance to ration. After the fifth, each additional revision is a flat $20, with no cap on how many you can buy and no hourly billing, so you always know the price before you ask. Every revision is completed within 2 to 5 working days of you sending it, whatever its size.

Form submissions from your own website into any CRM you run are included on every plan, by direct API, Zapier or Make, at no extra charge. Anything beyond that is quoted separately: connecting a spa management platform, a card terminal, an accounting package, a payment processor or a custom API is priced before it is built, so you see the cost and decide. It is never billed to you afterwards.

It answers the sum a client is already doing in their head. They pick the treatments they realistically come in for and how often, and it compares paying per visit against buying a course as a series against joining your membership, using your own dues and your own series pricing. It is the single most useful thing you can put on a spa website, because that comparison is the last thing standing between an interested client and a recurring one, and at the moment your front desk is doing it by hand over the phone.

Each one is genuinely researched and runs 2,500 to 3,200 words, written from your own menu, your own protocols and your own wording. That length matters more than it sounds: most agencies at this price ship 600 words of padding that ranks for nothing and reads like it. A piece long enough to properly explain how a course of treatments is spaced, or what the week before a peel involves, is the piece that ranks and the piece an AI assistant will quote. Anything clinical goes back to you before it is published. The Treatment Room and the Signature Suite publish two a week; the Full Retreat publishes three, to the same standard.

Carriers in the United States require any business sending SMS from a ten digit number to register the brand and the campaign first. Without it your texts are filtered or blocked, which for a studio means appointment reminders and prep notes quietly never arriving, and a reminder that does not arrive is a no-show. We file the registration as part of your Signature Suite setup and the carrier fee is passed through at cost.

A PDF you can read in five minutes rather than a dashboard you would never open. It says what the callers that month asked for, which treatments they were chasing, how many rang outside your opening hours, how many would have reached voicemail before, and how many turned into a booked appointment. For a studio that usually means finding out how much of your enquiry volume arrives after seven in the evening, and how many people were asking for a treatment you do not have a page for yet.

It is included on the Full Retreat. Plenty of people never reach a website first: they search, they get the map, and they judge three studios on the listing alone. So we keep yours working. Recent photos of the rooms and the work go up rather than the shots taken the month you opened, posts go out when an offer or a new treatment starts, questions left on the profile get answered instead of sitting there, and your hours and services stay correct. A profile nobody has touched in a year quietly suggests you might not still be open.

The Treatment Room goes live 7 days after the onboarding conversation. The Signature Suite takes 10 days, because the receptionist and the chat agent need training on your menu, your room times and your booking policy before they can book anything correctly. The Full Retreat takes 15 days while the content engine is set up. The clock starts at the onboarding conversation, not at payment.

Managed Cloudflare hosting, your domain, the SSL certificate and all ongoing maintenance, plus five revisions a month at no extra cost, the weekly update of your prices across the site, the membership value calculator and two research-based articles every week. There is no separate hosting bill, no certificate renewal and no per-page charge for adding a treatment later.

The Treatment Room, in most cases. It is the whole website, a page per treatment, the weekly price updates, the calculator and two researched articles a week. The Signature Suite earns its extra cost the moment you can name the enquiries you are missing, which for most studios is everything that arrives after seven in the evening. The Full Retreat is for the studio that has decided to stop buying clients from a marketplace altogether. Move up when you feel the ceiling, not before.

Yes. The calendar is set up with your rooms, your providers and the real duration of each treatment including turnaround time, so a client cannot book a ninety minute treatment into a sixty minute gap. Deposits can be required per treatment.

Yes to both. One free domain is included, or we point the one you already use. Form submissions push into any CRM by webhook, and our own CRM is included with your own login so you can see every enquiry and every booking without asking us.

We tell every owner three to five months for their own area, on the basis of real treatment pages, real location pages, schema, and clean sitemap, robots and llms files. Anyone promising you a first place next week is selling you something else.

It can, and the build includes a proper page, a booking calendar and a map presence for each address, which is what local search needs. What does not work is one blended page trying to be both, and that is the most common reason a two-location group ranks for neither. If you genuinely trade under two separate brand names rather than two addresses, raise it on the call and we will price the second site before anything is built.

We write from your menu, your protocols and your own wording, and anything clinical goes back to you before it is published. We describe what a treatment involves and what to expect. We do not promise a result, and we will push back if a draft starts to.

We rebuild it, keep your domain, and redirect your existing addresses so the rankings you already have follow you across. Your current site stays up until the new one goes live, so there is no window where a client finds nothing.

A Website That Books the Room While You Are With a Client

$117 a month plus a $597 one-time build fee, charged only once you are live. A page for every treatment, booking and deposits on the page, prices updated weekly, a membership value calculator, two researched articles a week at 2,500 to 3,200 words each, and five revisions included every month at no extra cost.
